The writing here sits somewhere between experience and theory: reflections shaped by work, study, reading and conversation, with an interest in the questions that emerge when ideas meet practice. It is not intended to offer definitive answers, but to create room to look again, notice something differently, or consider another perspective. Much of the writing begins with personal observation, but CADER is intended to remain open to other voices, experiences and perceptions over time.
